As an artist, painting has been ingrained in my identity for as long as I can remember. It wasn’t until 2023, however, that I embarked on a dedicated artistic journey, committing myself to the canvas almost every day. Drawing inspiration from the timeless techniques of contemporary impressionism and realism, my artistic style is a fusion of both worlds.

  My artistry is a reflection of the various seasons of my life, with each period bringing forth distinct themes and subjects. Presently, I find solace and inspiration in capturing the serene beauty of New England’s landscapes.

  Drawing influence from the masterpieces of Monet, Van Gogh, Wyeth, Hopper, and Sargent, as well as contemporary artists, I continually seek to refine my craft and push the boundaries of my creativity. While I once favored oils and gouaches, I now find joy and liberation in the vibrant hues and versatility of acrylic paint.

  Embracing a loose style with bold brushstrokes and earthy tones, I strive to evoke emotion and atmosphere in every piece. Working primarily with primary colors and reveling in the process of mixing them, my goal is to achieve clarity and vibrancy while maintaining a sense of spontaneity and freedom on the canvas.

  Through my art, I aspire to transport viewers to a world of beauty, introspection, and wonder, inviting them to share in the boundless possibilities of the creative spirit.
